We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where there are pricing errors, suspected fraud, technical issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
A binding contract is formed only when we confirm acceptance and process your order.
3. Custom-Made Products
Our products are made to order based on specifications provided or selected by the customer.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all measurements and specifications are accurate, including but not limited to:
- Blade length
- Width
- Tooth pitch
- Material type
- Intended application
We accept no responsibility for errors resulting from incorrect specifications supplied by the customer.
Because products are custom-made to customer specifications, they are exempt from the 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, except where goods are faulty, not as described, or otherwise required by law.
4. Product Suitability
Unless expressly agreed in writing, we do not guarantee that any product is suitable for a particular machine, material, or application.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the product ordered is appropriate for its intended use and compatible with their equipment.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices are shown in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
Full payment is required before manufacture or dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Customers must provide accurate and complete delivery information.
We are not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs arising from incorrect or incomplete delivery details provided by the customer.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, additional shipping charges may apply.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, postal services, customs, or events outside our control.
Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.
7. Inspection of Goods
Customers should inspect goods upon receipt.
Any issues relating to damage, defects, or incorrect items should be reported as soon as reasonably possible.
Failure to notify us promptly may affect our ability to investigate, but does not affect your statutory rights.
8. Returns, Refunds and Replacements
As products are custom-made, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges where:
- The customer ordered incorrect specifications
- The customer changes their mind
- The product is no longer required
This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty, damaged, or misdescribed goods.
Where a product is believed to be faulty, we may require it to be returned for inspection before any remedy is provided.
No refunds or replacements will be issued until a fault is confirmed.
9. Warranty
We provide a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery.
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Misuse or abuse
- Incorrect installation or machine setup
- Improper tensioning or adjustment
- Use outside intended application
- Damage caused by poor maintenance or storage
We may require inspection of the product before accepting any warranty claim.
This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights.
10. Product Use and Safety
Bandsaw blades must be used only by competent persons and in accordance with appropriate safety procedures.
The customer is responsible for ensuring:
- Correct blade selection for their application
- Proper machine setup and maintenance
- Use of appropriate guards and safety equipment
- Use of suitable personal protective equipment (PPE)
We accept no responsibility for injury, loss, or damage resulting from misuse, incorrect installation, improper machine setup, or failure to follow safety procedures.
11. Business Customers
Where the customer purchases goods wholly or mainly for business purposes, the following applies:
- The customer is responsible for determining product suitability for their intended use
- They confirm they have not relied on any representation or advice unless confirmed in writing by us
- Products are supplied subject only to express warranties in these Terms
To the fullest extent permitted by law, all implied terms and warranties are excluded in relation to business customers.
12. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by negligence
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- Defective products where liability cannot legally be excluded
Subject to the above, we shall not be liable for:
- Loss of profit
- Loss of business
- Loss of revenue
- Loss of contracts
- Loss of goodwill
- Loss of production
- Loss of anticipated savings
- Any indirect or consequential loss
For business customers, our total liability for any claim shall be limited to the amount paid for the relevant order.
13. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website, including text, images, graphics, and branding, is the property of SawMaster LTD and may not be copied or used without permission.
14. Website Availability
We do not guarantee that the Website will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
We may suspend or modify the Website at any time without notice.
15. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to supply chain disruption, courier delays, natural disasters, strikes, cyber attacks, or government action.
