Delivery, Returns & Warranty Policy

Delivery

We offer free delivery on all orders within the UK with no minimum order value.

All bandsaw blades are made to order and manufactured to the customer’s selected specifications before being carefully packaged and dispatched.


Dispatch Times

Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 2 business days of purchase.

In some cases, where we are awaiting raw materials from suppliers, dispatch may take up to 4 business days.

We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible and will notify you if there is likely to be a significant delay.


Delivery Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address at the time of ordering.

We cannot be held responsible for delays, losses, or misdelivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any additional postage costs required to resend the order.


Delivery Delays

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery times are controlled by the courier service.

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, postal services, customs processes, or any events outside of our reasonable control.

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe after dispatch, please contact us and we will assist in tracking the delivery.


Returns (Custom-Made Products)

As all bandsaw blades are made to order and manufactured to the customer’s specifications, we are unable to accept returns or cancellations where:

  • The customer has ordered incorrect sizes, widths, tooth pitches, or blade types
  • The customer changes their mind
  • The product is no longer required

This does not affect your statutory rights under UK law in relation to faulty, damaged, or misdescribed goods.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If a product arrives with a manufacturing defect, is damaged in transit, or does not match the order specifications, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at [email protected] with your order details and a description of the issue.

We may require the item to be returned for inspection before offering a replacement, repair, or refund.

Where a fault or error on our part is confirmed, we will cover reasonable return postage costs.

Where no fault is found, or the issue relates to customer-selected specifications or use, the customer may be responsible for return postage costs.


Warranty

All bandsaw blades supplied by SawMaster LTD carry a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Incorrect blade selection by the customer
  • Improper installation or machine setup
  • Incorrect tensioning or adjustment
  • Use outside the intended application
  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or poor maintenance

This warranty is provided in addition to your statutory rights and does not affect them.


Business Customers

Where goods are purchased for business purposes, the customer acknowledges that responsibility for selecting the correct blade specification and ensuring suitability for their application rests entirely with them.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied terms relating to fitness for purpose or suitability in respect of business purchases, except where expressly stated in writing.
